I have struggled with cystic acne scars for the latter 10 years of my life. When I finally decided to do something about it – I reached out to Mindy with Ambiance MD. I could not have asked for a better person than Mindy. She is very knowledgeable, personable and made the entire process comfortable & the RESULTS speak volumes. We have done numerous things from various types of microneedling, hydrafacials, chemical peels. I have been to places in Vegas and Chicago and nothing compares to my experience at Ambiance MD.

It was my first appt. here and no receptionist was present. I arrived 10 min early and someone finally came out 20 min after my scheduled appt. I received Dysport and the Dr. told that me that she only administers the FDA recommendation (never told me the price or gave me other options). Upon checking out, the Dr. advised there was a “small” fee if I did not use cash or check. It would have been helpful if they advised a CC fee upon making an appt. because I would have paid differently. A small fee in my mind was $3 but then realized it was $15. I joined whatever rewards program they had to get $50 off but also had a coupon for $20 off that they said would honor. Upon receipt they did not discount the $20 and said they would fix it… and never did. Needless to say this appt cost $485 when my normal botox/dysport appt is around $300. I felt completely misinformed and this was poor customer service.

This was my first time getting lip fillers. I was very nervous and Dr.Allen made me feel very comfortable. She made the procedure as painless as possible. She also did an amazing job on informing me the steps as well as answering any questions or concerns I had. I didn’t know much about lip fillers and she was very informative. She set a good positive environment, as well as being very friendly. Definitely recommend, and will be going back again. Thank you for you’re great work, you cured my biggest insecurity and I love my lips.

A great experience! I had both dysport and under eye prp injections this morning. Both were done very well to prevent swelling and bruising. If you haven’t checked out the all natural under eye treatment you should! Talk with Dr. Allen on all the benefits of using your own blood to combat dark circles, hallowing and look refreshed without the use of fillers. You will not be disappointed!

I looked around all of NE WI for a place I felt called to get Botox and possible other treatments for the very first time in my life. I desired a place where the reviews spoke of a warm environment + personable staff + professional experience and I found that here! Dr. Allen was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, kind and efficient.
